At his 1st birthday, he had no idea what was going on. We chose to invite people and it was the parents who had the fun.
At his second birthday, he knew that everybody was coming because of him and of course he looked forward to the birthday cakes and presents.
At his fourth birthday, he looked forward to see his friends and classmates and we can tell that he was very happy because the people he requested have come.
Time flies, he has grown up and he is now developing his own social group.
That marks the time Mavis and I will begin to step back a little bit continuously for his growth probably until he is an adult...
